_{[ He stared for a long moment, as he did the mental math. His eyes widened a bit further, his hands never letting go of Kasen. He had been out for at least a week if he was doing the math right. A week of sleeping. A week of making Kasen worry, and with things being like they were - off, as they were. His lip trembled a bit. ]}

I'm sorry, Kasen. Making you worry - being a burden when all of this is happening.

Don't apologize... I was the one who should have been there to prevent it. I got lost in so many dreams, but... not yours. -And he didn't just mean lost in a sense of direction. He'd lost himself to indulging in his Other Self's worst traits, making the guilt worse...-

That's not your fault, Kasen. It's all such a big tangled mess, all of it.

_{[ He shook his head, moving his hands to take Kasen's, squeezing tightly. ]}

But I'm glad you're here. I think I would have been more scared if I had woken up alone.

_{[ He leaned forward, resting his head on Kasen's shoulder. ]}

I'm... glad I'm here, too. I didn't want you to be alone... -Kasen let out a long sigh, pressing a kiss to Yogi's forehead.-

Are you hungry at all? Is there anything at all you need?

_{[ A hug, but he’d already been getting that. And not that Kasen mentioned it... his stomach growled and he flushed. ]}

Maybe something to eat. Is food still okay? Since everything’s gone all blocky?

_{[ He picked his head up to look around and really consider the situation for the first time, the rattle on his brain starting to subside. Absently he pressed his hand over his chest, rubbing at the spot where Slade had run him through. ]}

-He could only give a gentle laugh at that sound, patting Yogi's back.-

It seems to still digest the same once it's all in your system.

_{[ He have a brief sigh of relief before looking up at Kasen. He reached up, cupping his face, fingers brushing across a few strands of violet hair. Another beat, as if gathering courage, and he leaned in, pressing his lips to Kasen’s - firm and purposeful, unlike his more halting, shy kisses from before. ]}

-It was impossible to miss the unique, different energy behind that kiss compared to the ones that had come before it. But it was also impossible for Kasen to deny that once he'd had them, he'd missed them dearly in the time Yogi had slumbered. Those lips were like water in a desert, and it was difficult to hold back his own desperation, once more wrapping Yogi close to his chest, returning that kiss, deepening it.-

_{[ He’d tasted these kisses before, and he opened his mouth eagerly to Kasen. The sensation was still new and raw for him, but he felt the crackle of energy, of Kasen’s desire and his own. His hands moved to wrap around his shoulders instead, letting out a quiet moan. ]}

-As wonderful as the moment was, sharing his warmth with Yogi once again, the taste of his lips so addictive... The responsible part of his mind managed to cut through, and hesitantly, he broke the kiss, if only briefly.-

Are you sure you should be getting this active so soon after waking up?

It's helping remind me this is being awake.

_{[ He tilted his head, bumping their noses, leaning in for another taste of Kasen, barely brushing their lips, seemingly waiting for permission to continue. ]}

I really should get you fed, first.

_{[ He was both disappointed and relieved at the same time. He really was hungry... ]}

I'd love that. [ Punctuated by another, quick kiss, before Kasen lethargically puilled himself away, to his feet. ]

_{[ Yogi reluctantly let him go, pausing to pick at his shirt, giving a sniff. ]}
